Don Chisholm.
Welcome to the Rotary Club of Royal Oak, Michigan.
Our mission, as Rotarians, is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
We are one of over 45,000 Rotary Clubs spread across the globe who work together to Promote peace, Fight disease, Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, Save mothers and children, Support, education, Grow economies and Protect the environment.
Our club meets on alternating Tuesdays for lunch.
Our current meeting place is the first Presbyterian Church, located at 529 Hendrie Blvd., RoyalOak, MI 48067.
Like every Rotary Club, we are non-religious and apolitical. All are most welcome to join us.
Historically, our club’s, focus has been to support education by providing scholarships to graduates of Royal Oak’s high schools. We support the eradication of polio, the only corporate project of Rotary International. We also support local efforts to feed the hungry by serving Blessings in a Backpack and Forgotten Harvest.
We seek to be of service by putting Service Above Self.
